More About Me

I’m Luke Scott, a photographer working between the UK and Norway, with a love for travel and a curiosity for wherever a camera might take me.

My work moves between lifestyle, landscapes, concerts and travel, but at its heart, I’m interested in people, places and the stories that exist between them. I love documenting things as they happen—capturing the atmosphere, the imperfect moments and the details that make an experience worth remembering.

My approach has been heavily influenced by cinema, particularly the visual language of films like Full Metal Jacket. That influence has led me towards older analogue cameras and film, where the process is slower, more deliberate and often a little less predictable. For me, that character is part of what makes an image feel real.

Before photography, I worked as a vehicle mechanic and served in the Royal Marines. Those experiences have shaped the way I work: I enjoy being active, getting stuck in, travelling, and finding myself somewhere new with a camera in hand.

At this stage, my goal is simple—to create as much as possible, meet as many people as possible, and keep finding new stories to photograph. Whether it’s documenting a journey, shooting a concert, working on a creative project or simply making something that hasn’t been made before, I’m open to it.

If you have an idea, a project, a story to tell, or just want to make something interesting, get in touch. I’m always looking for the next thing to create.
